Paid subscription rates for one year are:

• Canada and Mexico: $35.00 (U.S. Dollars)
• All other countries: $60.00 (U.S. Dollars)

The rate for all other countries includes air mail delivery at no extra charge. Payment for all foreign subscriptions must be prepaid in U.S. funds.
